100% Chardonnay tank fermented sparkling wine. Light, lemon-yellow colour. A fresh, clear fragrance, with pear, apple and apricot aromas. The fruitiness continues also on the palate, mainly apple with some peach and a little vanilla. Nice acidity, a youthful and thrilling sparkling wine, with a long finish.
