This is a traditional Hungarian variety that is experiencing a renaissance. Our winery started planting vines in single vineyards in Lelle and Magyal on the southern shore of Lake Balaton. Today, Kadarka has firmly established itself on the southern shore. After harvesting, we ferment the juice in tanks and then place it partly in oak casks and partly in tanks.
