Our first ever Syrah was made from grapes grown in a vineyard that was planted ten years ago. The grapes are farmed organically and undergo minimal intervention during winemaking. This funky red wine has been spontaneously fermented in open vats. The nose displays forest fruit with hints of leather and earth, the palate is round, velvety and juicy.
