Homola Furmint Brut 2021

Furmint is largely used for traditional method sparkling wines in Hungary, because of its good acidity and neutral taste profile, mostly mineral character, depending on the terroir. Homola’s Furmint vineyards are located on Permian red sandstone and marl. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel for five months, followed by an extended period of ageing in the bottle.
