An ethereal Cabernet Franc characterised by the variety’s seductive and attractive aromas that are so difficult to put into words. It is a wine that must be tasted to be fully appreciated. Any description would fall short of capturing its complexity. The aromas are driven by florals, such as violets and lilies, as well as blueberries and eucalyptus. The round and rich palate is also vivid and fresh with ripe cherry and blueberry essence alongside Madagascar vanilla and allspice. The finish is persistent and flavourful.

- Ageing: After thorough selection of the hand-picked clusters, the grapes were de-stemmed, and after a couple of hours of pre-fermentative cold soaking, the fermentation started. This took place in stainless steel tanks. After 28 days of skin contact, the wine was gently pressed. It was then aged for 17 months in 225-litre French oak barrels, mostly second-use with a small percentage of new oak.
