Bright purple colour with equally bright aromas of cherry and juicy blueberry fruit, with lovely peppery spiciness and menthol freshness. Vivid palate, with vibrant acidity, crunchy blueberry fruit, and rose pepper. Fruit and spice bomb, with a very long and fresh finish. A new face of Kékfrankos that we haven’t seen before. It is unoaked, fermented and aged in clay amphoras so that nothing can overshadow the freshness and fruitiness of the variety. A truly chillable red. Best enjoyed at 14 degrees Celsius.

- Ageing: After thorough selection of the clusters, the grapes were de-stemmed. Half of the berries were placed in 750-liter clay amphoras, where the wine was fermented and aged, while the other half was aged in sphere-shaped 400-liter white-clay vessels called Clayver. After alcoholic fermentation, we left the grape skins in contact with the fresh wine for a little longer than usual to extract more flavors and gain complexity. Unoaked style, 100% produced in two different types of clay amphoras.
