A Tokaj speciality from loess-based vineyards around Tarcal, crafted in an outstanding vintage that delivered exceptional quality in both dry and sweet wines. On the nose, the wine is unmistakably Tokaj, with notes of mushroom, dried fruits and delicate, powdery nuances, lifted by a subtle green tea character. The palate shows fine botrytised complexity, in harmonious balance with classic dried apricot aromas, complemented by the intense presence of fire-dried apple peel, hints of orange-inflected marzipan, delicate chocolate shavings and a gentle savoury resonance. Sweet yet never intrusive, it remains poised, layered and refined throughout.
