A beautiful, medium-deep, ruby-coloured wine with a rich, viscous appearance. The nose is complex and layered, opening with notes of rum-infused chocolate, followed by ripe fruit aromas of sour cherry, dried cherry and mulberry. As the wine opens in the glass, spicy nuances emerge, with black pepper and a gentle paprika character, complemented by subtle, oak-derived spices. On the palate, the wine is rounded and harmonious, with well-integrated acidity and smoother, more polished tannins that provide elegant structure. Flavours mirror the nose, led by ripe red fruits alongside delicate chocolate and spice notes. The finish is longer and more complex, with persistent sour cherry in the aftertaste, accompanied by oak, spice, and savoury nuances.
