The volcanic soil gives the wine its rich flavour. Fermented and aged for six months in oak barrels, this wine has a lovely hay colour and light vanilla notes. The barrel ageing and full body linger on the palate. Thanks to its fine structure and acidity, this wine has good ageing potential. We recommend serving it with pâté, mushrooms, smoked fish, seafood or lamb at 12°C.
