Olaszrizling selection from our Lőczedomb vineyard. The balanced lakeside climate of Lake Balaton contributes to the right growing and ripening conditions, while the geological diversity influences the natural acidity and the flavour and aroma of the wines. Wines from Csopak unmistakably and proudly represent the terroir. Lőczedomb is an almost 2-hectare vineyard stretching on the slopes of Lőcze hill divided by the old Roman road. Vines are mostly 40 years old but some part of it has been replanted recently. The soil is composed of Permic sandstone. After being gently pressed, must is rests for a night and then flows by gravitational means to the cellar.
