A cuvée made from a selection of Olaszrizling and Furmint, both from Siralomvágó monopole vineyard, which is a unique territory with outstanding capacities for producing mineral, terroir wines. The soil is dolomite and limestone. This wine is an homage to János Ranolder, the Catholic bishop from the 19th century who founded the estate where the Jásdi Winery operates today. The blend of Furmint and Olaszrizling was a traditional way to combine the advantages of the two varieties in Csopak. The result is an age-worthy, deep, yet very popular cuvée with a long finish, wearing a classic label inspired by the ones that were used on the wines produced on the estate 150 years ago.
