Harvest: mid-September 2022, in small buckets only. Very strict bunch selection. Hand-harvested. Gentle whole-bunch pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in a steel tank. It was then aged in a 300-litre, used, medium-toasted Hungarian (Kádár) oak barrel for eight months. This is the estate’s first wine from the Szent Tamás vineyard in Mád. It was bottled in June 2023.
