Harvest in July 2025, in small buckets. Hand harvested. Gentle whole bunch pressing. No fermentation. After pressing, the juice was pasteurized to increase storage life. Bottling was followed after that.
Alcohol-free juice made from unripe green grapes – organic Hárslevelű. Can be mixed with water for a refreshing spritzer, or used in cocktails, lemonades. It adds zest to sauces, dressings, and marinades.
