Csilla Sebestyen comes from a highly regarded Hungarian winemaking family based in the south of Hungary. Her role in the family business is to create the style of the wines and to represent them. She worked as a sommelier for 6 years at Restaurant Andrew Fairlie 2 Michelin star, based at Gleneagles Hotel. During this time, she qualified at WSET Diploma level and also the unique ‘Fine and Rare Wine Specialist Course’. She is also an active member of their regional marketing team

After the start time the organizers maintain the right to assign vacant seats to walk-ins. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis at the counter and the tables around it.
