Location: Wines of Hungary stand Hall 4 | B 135 & 153
Time: 11 February 2026 14:00-14:30

Presenter: Stéphanie Berecz
Born in the Loire Valley, Stéphanie completed her oenology studies in Bordeaux. She arrived in Tokaj more than 30 years ago. She worked for Disznókő for a decade and established her own winery, Kikelet, in 2002. Her meticulous and distinctive approach to winemaking follows an haute couture philosophy: every vintage is different and unrepeatable. She is tireless in her pursuit to find ways to enhance the ageability of Tokaj wines, both sweet and dry. This approach led to her being nominated Winemaker of the Year in 2014. Today, she exports her wines to 14 countries, and many Michelin-starred restaurants include her wines in their portfolios.
